FAQ

Our company undertakes to replace your product with another product without asking for a reason, provided that the original packaging is not damaged and the product is not damaged, within 7 days after receiving the product with unconditional replacement.

  • Returns must be made with the original box or packaging.

  • The original box/packaging is damaged (example: Products with a shipping label attached on the original box and taped with shipping duct tape) will not be accepted.

  • Returns of products that have lost their resaleability and cannot be purchased by another customer are not accepted.

  • You must send a petition including the original invoice (all copies you have) and the reason for the return, along with the product you want to return.

  • If the product/products you want to return are defective, the shipping fee is covered by our company. In this case, you need to send the product with the courier company that we have contracted with. In other cases, the shipping fee is your responsibility.

  • If the product or products you want to return are wanted to be returned without entering the definition of defective goods, the shipping fee of this return is taken from the customer. Product order amounts are returned within 45 days.
